The primogenitor association of NAI Dayton, a internal blurb genuine estate firm, is underneath new ownership.

Irving, Texas-based C-III Capital Partners LLC, a blurb genuine estate services company, acquired Princeton, New Jersey-based NAI Global, a network of eccentric blurb genuine estate firms worldwide and a primogenitor association of NAI Dayton.

NAI Global will continue to work as a apart association underneath a stream management.

Terms of a deal, that was finalized Thursday, were not disclosed.

C-III will try expansion opportunities for NAI Global in New York, London and Singapore, among other areas.

C-III provides primary and special loan servicing, loan origination, comment management, CDO management, principal investment, pretension services and multifamily skill management. It operates offices in New York, South Carolina, Virginia, Illinois, Texas and Tennessee.
